§1 Insurance broker

§2 Scope of the power of attorney
By completing the poultry insurance calculator form and checking the appropriate consent, you grant insurance broker JB Broker Jarosław Szkop a power of attorney to perform the following actions on your behalf and for your benefit:
Preparing an analysis of insurance needs in the scope of poultry insurance (live poultry — broilers, laying hens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and others)
Presenting an insurance offer from Compensa Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. Vienna Insurance Group
Brokerage in concluding an insurance contract on terms agreed with the Policyholder
Representing the Policyholder in contacts with the insurer regarding the concluded insurance contract
Assistance in reporting claims and handling the claims settlement process
§3 Principles of the broker's operation
The insurance broker acts on behalf of and for the benefit of the client (Policyholder), not the insurer.
The broker is obliged to act with the utmost diligence, in accordance with the principles of honesty and reliability.
The broker's remuneration consists of a commission from the insurer (brokerage fee) and is not charged directly to the client.
The broker holds mandatory civil liability insurance for brokerage activities.
§4 Broker's obligations
Pursuant to the Act of 15 December 2017 on insurance distribution, the broker is obliged to:
Conduct an analysis of the client's insurance needs before concluding a contract
Present an insurance recommendation tailored to the client's needs
Provide information on the nature of remuneration received in connection with the insurance contract
Protect the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with brokerage activities
§5 Terms of the power of attorney
The power of attorney is granted voluntarily and may be revoked at any time by contacting the broker at: jb.broker@wp.pl.
Revocation of the power of attorney does not affect the validity of actions performed by the broker before its revocation.
Reading the content of this power of attorney is optional and is not a necessary condition for using the insurance calculator.
