Rate per title and job type
You configure separate rates for Worker, Leader and Manager — for each type of service the company provides.
Males and females separately
When loading hens and cockerels the rates can differ. The system calculates them separately and sums them up at the end without any extra work on your part.
Rate snapshot at order creation
Rates are "frozen" when an order is created. Changing the rate card does not affect settlements that are already under way or completed.
Piece-rate or other modes
For poultry catching you apply piece-rate. For other services (e.g. disinfection) you can choose per-kg or hourly settlement — one system covers them all.

Pool proportional to head count
The total pool (head count × rate) is split among workers in proportion to the number of birds each one handled. Who did less gets less; the remainder goes to those who did more.
Separate Manager pool
The Manager is settled from a separate pool, independent of the worker pool. Managers do not compete with workers for the same amount.
Results per worker
After settlement every worker sees their earnings, how many birds they handled, and the rate applied. No more questions about "how was this worked out".
Multiple vehicles, one shift

How do you settle a poultry catching crew (piece-rate)?add
