Where do I get the average weight from?add
Ideally a sample weighing 1–2 days before pickup — birds keep growing until the last day, so an earlier estimate will be too low.
Do I have to enter crate and transport capacity?add
No — these are optional. Without them the calculator only returns total biomass.
What about losses between weighing and pickup?add
Enter the bird count current for pickup day (already net of expected losses) for a more accurate result.
