Turkey farm software

Turkey farm software: toms and hens, each with its own standard

Growing turkeys means long weeks, two sexes and two collection dates. In DlaFerm.pl you keep toms and hens apart — each with its own weight, feed and water standard — while the software calculates FCR, tracks withdrawal periods and keeps climate, silos and service orders in one place.

verifiedFrom the team that has organised work on poultry farms for years.

Sound familiar?

A long grow-out, two sexes, one notebook

With turkeys, a small mistake in week six only shows at collection, weeks later.

wc

Toms and hens in one column

Mortality and weights of both sexes end up together. Later you cannot tell which birds really lag behind the standard.

event

Two collection dates

Hens go to the processor earlier, toms later. Each group has its own treatment, its own withdrawal period and its own plan.

water_drop

Water intake dropping

Water has been falling for two days and the birds still look fine. On paper you do not see it until mortality rises.

Feed for weeks on end

Turkeys eat a lot of feed for a long time. Without silo levels you order too late or stockpile.

Keep toms and hens apart, but in one program. The first 60 days are free.

What you get

What the software does for a turkey farm

The whole grow-out — from poult placement to the last truck — in one Flock Card.

query_stats

Turkey line standards built in

BUT 6, BUT 9, Big 6, Hybrid lines (Converter, XL, Grade Maker), Nicholas Select and Nicholas 700 come with a daily table of weight, feed and water — separately for toms and hens.

wc

Toms and hens apart

You record mortality, culls and weight for each sex. Each sex is compared with its own standard, so you see straight away which group lags.

edit_note

Daily entry with hints

Feed, water meter reading, temperature, humidity and ammonia. The form suggests how much a flock of this age should eat, drink and weigh.

monitoring

FCR and grow-out history

Feed conversion updates after every entry. Finished grow-outs stay in the system, so you can compare the next placement with the last one.

medication

Treatment and withdrawal

You record the drug given and the system calculates the withdrawal period for turkeys and shows when it ends. Vet visits are saved in the same flock card.

groups

Climate, silos and crews

Sensors and climate controllers next to the Flock Card, feed levels in silos and orders for service crews: placement, catching, washing and disinfection.

Getting started

Your first turkey grow-out in DlaFerm.pl in three steps

1

Create an account and add houses

Farm and turkey house in a few minutes. The first 60 days are free, no card required.

2

Place the flock and pick the line

Placement date, number of toms and hens, line from the list. From then on every entry is compared with the standard for each sex.

3

Record day by day

From your phone in the house, even without signal — the farmer app sends the entry once it is back online. Charts and FCR update themselves.

FAQ

Questions about turkey farm software

Which turkey lines have standards in the software?add

Among others BUT 6, BUT 9, Big 6, Hybrid Converter, Converter NOVO, Hybrid XL, Hybrid Grade Maker, Nicholas Select and Nicholas 700 — each with a daily table of weight, feed and water separately for toms and hens. Add your hatchery’s own table under “My varieties” or upload it from a CSV, XLSX or PDF file.

Can I keep toms and hens in one flock?add

Yes. In one flock you record numbers, mortality and weights separately for each sex, and each sex has its own standard. You can also keep them in separate houses — each has its own card.

Does the software track withdrawal before collection?add

Yes. After you record a drug, the system calculates the withdrawal period for the species and shows its end in the flock card. More in the guide treatment records and withdrawal periods.

Does it connect to sensors and the climate controller?add

Yes. Temperature, humidity, ammonia, water and feed readings appear in the app next to the Flock Card. See the list of connections on the integrations page.

How can I try the software without setting up my farm?add

Click “Try the demo”. You get your own demonstration farm with sample data, and the session lasts 24 hours. When you want to work on your own data, create an account and use it free for the first 60 days, no card required. Rates after that are in the pricing.
