Poultry house alarms in your pocket — before you see mortality
You decide what is normal: temperature, humidity, ammonia, water and feed intake, mortality. DlaFerm.pl checks it with every controller reading and after every daily entry. When something crosses a threshold, your phone buzzes — at night too.

The controller beeps in an empty house
Farm problems rarely happen in working hours. What matters is who finds out and when.
Heat at 2 a.m.
Ventilation cannot keep up, temperature rises, and the only one who hears it is the controller in a locked building.
Ammonia you cannot smell
After a few hours in the house your nose gets used to it. The level climbs and you learn about it from a test result.
The birds stopped drinking
A drop in water intake is often the first sign of disease. In a notebook nobody compares it with previous days.
An alarm for one person
The controller text goes to a single number. That person is asleep, on the road or on a day off.
Set your thresholds once and sleep better. The app keeps watch.
Create an accountFarm alarms and notifications in one place
Thresholds, controller alarms and flock-record trends — all delivered as push notifications to your phone.
Temperature thresholds
Minimum and maximum house temperature. Too cold for chicks or too hot in a heatwave — you get a notification.
Humidity range
Lower and upper humidity limits. Wet litter and dusty air stop being a surprise.
Ammonia ceiling
Set the maximum ammonia level. By default the alarm triggers above 25 ppm, and you can change it.
House threshold beats general
Set thresholds for the whole farm and separately for a specific house or room. The room threshold, then the building threshold, takes priority over the general one.
Controller alarms on your phone
If the controller raises its own alarms, we pull them and send them to everyone in your company — not to a single number.
“Not eating, not drinking”
A drop in water or feed intake by your chosen percentage versus previous days is a separate alert. It works on controller readings and on flock-record entries.
Mortality spike
When deaths suddenly rise sharply, the company owner, the flock vet and people with permission for such alerts are notified. You can also set your own mortality-increase threshold.
Weight below norm
Male and female weight deviating from the strain curve by more than your set percentage triggers another flock-record alert.
Silo running low
The farm dashboard flags a silo below 30% as a warning and below 15% as critical. You order feed before the feeders run empty.
Farm alarms in three steps
Add your houses
Describe the farm: buildings and rooms. If you have a controller, we connect it to DlaFerm.pl and you assign its readings to houses.
Set thresholds
In settings choose the scope: the whole farm or a specific house. Each alarm is switched on and off separately.
Get notified
Alarms arrive as push notifications and wait in the app’s notification centre. The same exceeded sensor threshold does not repeat more than once every 6 hours.
Let the next alarm wake you, not an empty house.

Which alarms can I set for a poultry house?add
Minimum and maximum temperature, lower and upper humidity, maximum ammonia, a percentage drop in water and feed intake, a mortality increase and weight deviation from the strain norm. Each alarm is switched on separately.
Where do the readings come from?add
From a climate controller connected to DlaFerm.pl — thresholds are checked with every reading — and from daily entries in the flock record. How to connect a controller is covered on the climate controller integration page, and water and feed on the feed and water intake page.
Can different houses have different thresholds?add
Yes. Set general thresholds and separate ones for a chosen house or room. If a room has its own threshold, it beats the building threshold, which beats the general one.
Who gets the notification?add
Thresholds are personal — every person in your company who set a given threshold is notified. Alarms raised by the controller itself go to all company members. On a sudden mortality spike the company owner and the flock vet are notified too.
Will I be flooded with notifications?add
No. The controller reports every few minutes, but the same exceeded threshold from the same sensor is sent at most once every 6 hours. The same flock-record alert for a given flock is sent at most once a day. You can also switch notification types off in settings.
What ammonia level in a poultry house is a problem?add
The default threshold in DlaFerm.pl is 25 ppm and you can change it. Measuring ammonia and carbon dioxide is covered in NH3 and CO2 gas sensors, and controllers in poultry house climate controllers.
How can I try DlaFerm.pl?add
Click “Try the demo” — you get your own demonstration farm with sample data. The session lasts 24 hours, then the test data is deleted. Once you create an account, the first 60 days are free and no card is needed.
