Every farm is different — different scale, different species, different needs. So there is no single price for everyone: you pay according to the size of your farm. You start with 60 days free, and below you can see the rates that apply afterwards.

DlaFerm.pl is a system for poultry farms — from a single shed to large producer groups. The subscription depends on scale: the more houses, birds or users, the higher the bracket. The price covers the whole bracket rather than a single bird — moving into a higher bracket means paying that bracket’s rate, not the sum of brackets.
You start with 60 days free
For the first 60 days you use the system with no fee and without entering a card. During that time you can see what your subscription will cost — the amount is calculated from day one, even though you are not paying it yet. After the trial you choose a payment method; if you do not, access is put on hold until payment. Nothing is deleted — you can export your data at any time, and everything returns the moment you pay.

How much does DlaFerm.pl cost?
Rates that apply after the trial period. The subscription is charged monthly, based on the bracket your farm falls into at the end of the billing period.

What determines the price of DlaFerm.pl?
The price is a function of several factors. The more you know about your farm, the more accurate a quote we can prepare at first contact.
Number of farms and sheds
One farm with one shed has different requirements than several sites in different locations. Pricing scales with the number of facilities you manage.
Flock size and species
A farm with a few thousand birds has different needs than one with hundreds of thousands of places. Species (broiler, turkey, duck, goose) determines which modules are essential.
Chosen modules
Using only the Digital Flock Record and Visitors Log? That is one scope. Add treatment records, KSeF e-invoicing, crew orders and silo monitoring? The scope grows — and so does the price.
Number of workers and service crews
The number of system users (workers, managers, crew leaders) affects the scope of deployment and support. Service crews operating across multiple farms have a separate cooperation model.
Scale: single farm vs. producer group
A single family farm is a different package from a large producer group with dozens of sites and workers. For larger clients we prepare a quote after a detailed discussion.

Treatment records and withdrawal periods
Recording drug administrations, doses and withdrawal dates. Alerts before withdrawal expires — so you never miss a deadline before slaughter.
Invoicing and KSeF
Issuing invoices with support for the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Handles various VAT rates including VAT exemption. Compliant with Polish tax regulations.
Feed silo monitoring
Connect weight or capacitive sensors and track feed levels in silos in real time. Low-level alerts before feed runs out.
Worker mobile app
Mobile app for farm workers and service crew members. View orders, confirm completion, log work time — no paper forms.
Integrations: sensors, scales, IRZplus
Support for environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, CO2), slaughter scales and integration with the IRZplus livestock register. Data flows automatically, and DlaFerm.pl can file your flock-change reports to IRZplus for you — optionally, whenever you choose.

Is the farm account paid?add
For 60 days, yes — no fees and no card required. After that the system is paid, and the subscription depends on your line of business and scale: number of buildings, flock size, number of employees or number of work orders. Throughout the trial you can see in the system what your bill will be.
Is there a long-term contract?add
Contract details are agreed individually. We do not impose multi-year contracts upfront. Ask about current terms during the quote call — we will be straightforward about what and for how long.
Can I see the system before making a decision?add
Yes. You can request a system demonstration — we will show how it works in practice, answer your questions and tailor the presentation to your specifics (species, scale, processes). Only after the demonstration, if you decide to proceed, do we prepare a formal quote.
