DlaFerm.pl pricing
You pay for what you use, according to your company’s role: per bird placed, 1% of the work order value, per tonne of feed, or a flat fee. You start with 60 days free, and below you can see the rates that apply afterwards.
DlaFerm.pl is a system for poultry farms and the companies that work with them. Each company category has its own plan: breeders pay per bird placed, service companies 1% of the net value of each completed work order, feed mills per tonne of feed delivered, and companies without a usage plan a fixed flat fee. A company with several roles pays under the plan of each one. VAT of 23% is added to all amounts.
You start with 60 days free
For the first 60 days you use the system with no fee and without entering a card. Usage is counted from day one and you can see it in the panel, but nothing is charged. To keep using the system, the company account owner saves a card in the panel. Without a card, access is limited. Nothing is deleted and you can export your data at any time.
How do we charge?
We charge usage to your card once it reaches PLN 20 gross, and the rest on the last day of the month. There is no minimum fee and no commitment. Flat fees are charged at the end of each month or year, with a reminder 7 days before. Every charge comes with a KSeF invoice by e-mail. You can cancel at any time in the panel.
How much does DlaFerm.pl cost?
Net rates that apply after the 60-day trial. Plan names and rates are shown in Polish, as on the invoice.

What determines the price of DlaFerm.pl?
The price follows from your company’s role and how much you actually use the system. Rates are public and the same for every company in a category.
Line of business
Each company category has its own plan: breeders pay per bird placed, slaughterhouses per bird received for slaughter, feed mills per tonne of feed delivered, and service companies 1% of the net value of each completed work order.
Usage
You pay for what actually happened: how many birds you placed, how many work orders you completed, how much feed you delivered. A smaller farm pays less, and days without usage cost nothing.
Several roles in one company
A company that is, for example, both a breeder and a hatchery pays under the plan of each role — the fees add up. The flat fee for other companies applies only when none of the roles has its own plan.
Flat fee for other companies
Vets, inspection, agents, partners, suppliers and other companies without a usage plan pay a fixed flat fee — monthly or yearly, your choice. Rendering plants have a separate flat fee.
No extra charge for modules or users
The fee does not depend on the number of modules or worker accounts. All modules available for your role are included, and extra users do not increase the bill.

Recording drug administrations, doses and withdrawal dates. Alerts before withdrawal expires — so you never miss a deadline before slaughter.
Invoicing and KSeF
Issuing invoices with support for the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Handles various VAT rates including VAT exemption. Compliant with Polish tax regulations.
Feed silo monitoring
Connect weight or capacitive sensors and track feed levels in silos in real time. Low-level alerts before feed runs out.
Worker mobile app
Mobile app for farm workers and service crew members. View orders, confirm completion, log work time — no paper forms.
Integrations: sensors, scales, IRZplus
Support for environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, CO2), slaughter scales and integration with the IRZplus livestock register. Data flows automatically, and DlaFerm.pl can file your flock-change reports to IRZplus for you — optionally, whenever you choose.

No. Usage plans have no minimum fee and no commitment period — you pay for actual usage and can cancel at any time in the panel. With a flat fee the commitment covers one period: a month or a year, depending on the option you choose.
