How DlaFerm.pl implementation works — step by step

Create a free farm account
Registration takes a few minutes — you enter basic farm details and create your account. No software to install; DlaFerm.pl runs in your browser and on your phone. At this stage you're just getting familiar with the system and seeing how it looks.

Configure your farm and houses
Add your poultry houses: species (e.g. broiler, turkey), capacity, basic parameters. The system guides you through each step. If you have several buildings or multiple species, you can set everything up straight away. If anything is unclear, we're here to help.

Migrate data from Excel or paper
Do you have flock history in a spreadsheet or in notebooks? We help you move that data into the system. You can do it yourself using the import tool, or contact us and we'll walk you through the step. Historical data matters — having it all in one place lets you compare cycles.

Add people and set permissions
Invite your vet, farm workers or other collaborators to the system and set who sees what and who can do what. Workers use a separate worker app — they can log observations directly from their phone without access to all farm data.

Run your first cycle with our support
When you start your first cycle, the system is already configured and your historical data is in place. You log observations, fill in the Digital Flock Record, and track results in real time. If anything is unclear — just message us and we'll respond.
What we migrate and from where
You don't need to start from scratch. Your historical data has value — we'll help you bring it into the system.
Flock history, contacts and documents
We migrate data from previous cycles: placements, mortality, production results, supplier and buyer details. If you have documents in PDF files or scans, you can attach them to the relevant cycles or flocks.
From Excel, paper and other formats
Data can be in many formats — a spreadsheet, a notebook, an old database. We'll prepare an import guide or help you transfer the data manually so you don't have to retype everything from scratch.
Your data stays yours
