For farm managers

Farm manager software: every house and every person in one view

Your team logs daily entries on their phones, sensors watch the houses, service crews accept orders in the app and visitors sign in with a QR code. Instead of ringing round, you open one panel and know what is happening on the farm.

verifiedFrom the team that has organised work on poultry farms for years.

Sound familiar?

You run the farm, but half your day goes on the phone

The more houses and people you have, the more information slips through between shifts.

call

Phone calls at 6 a.m.

How many died in house three? How much feed went in house five? Each number comes from a different person, and half of them are guesses.

menu_book

A notebook in the house

The entries exist, they just stay in the building. You hear about a drop in water intake in the evening, or a week later.

groups

A crew for catching

Dates, headcount, who is coming — all arranged by text message. One change of plan and you call everyone again.

fact_check

An inspection in three days

Visitor list, flock card, treatments and withdrawal periods. You dig them out of binders instead of just printing them.

Stop piecing the farm together from phone calls. Put it in one panel.

What you get

Farm manager software — what you have at hand

Everything you need to run the team and the houses, in a browser panel and in mobile apps.

edit_note

Team daily entries

Farm workers log mortality, feed, water and weight in the farmer app — even inside a house with no signal. The entry sends itself once the phone is back online, and you see it in the panel.

monitoring

The Flock Card does the maths

Daily entries build a Flock Card with charts. FCR and EPEF are calculated automatically, and you can print the whole thing for an inspection.

notifications_active

House alarms

Set temperature, humidity and ammonia limits for the farm or a single house. A drop in water or feed intake and a sudden rise in mortality also trigger a phone alert.

task_alt

Service orders without phone calls

Order washing, disinfection, placement or catching in the system. The company accepts the order in the app, and everyone hears about a date change at once. Details: service orders.

badge

A team with roles

Add people to your company and give them roles: farm worker, manager, vet, accountant. Everyone sees what they need. More on permissions and roles.

qr_code_2

QR visitor log

Visitors scan the code at the gate and sign in from their phone. You get a notification for each visit and can download the list for an inspection at any time. See the visitor log.

medication

Medicines and withdrawal

Record treatments in the flock card, and the system shows when the flock can safely go to the slaughterhouse.

checklist

Tasks with history

Assign tasks to specific people, with a due date and priority. Every task has an activity timeline, so you can see what happened to it.

domain

Many farms in one account

Several sites, many houses and flocks — switch between them without separate logins. More on the large farms page.

Getting started

Your farm under control in three steps

1

Describe the farm

A wizard takes you through the farm, houses, species and partners: hatchery, feed mill, slaughterhouse and service companies.

2

Add your team

Invite workers and assign roles. Farm workers install the farmer app and start logging daily entries straight away.

3

Run the farm from the panel

Entries, alarms, orders and visits flow into one place. You react to what matters instead of collecting data.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions from farm managers

Do workers need access to everything?add

No. Everyone gets a role, and the role switches on a set of permissions. A farm worker logs daily entries and sees flocks, but not payouts or financial reports. You can switch individual permissions on or off by hand. See permissions and roles on the farm.

What if there is no signal in the house?add

The farmer app works offline. The entry is saved on the phone and sent automatically once there is signal again.

Who receives the alarms?add

Sensor and flock card alarms go out as push notifications to people in your company, not to a single number. The same sensor threshold breach does not repeat more often than every 6 hours, so the phone does not ring non-stop.

Can I run several farms at once?add

Yes. You run many farms, houses and flocks from one account and switch between farms in the panel.

What does it run on?add

The panel works in a browser on a computer or phone. There are also Android and iOS apps: for farmers and farm workers, for service crew workers, and Manager for service companies.

How much does it cost?add

The first 60 days are free and need no card. After that a farmer pays per bird placed, with no minimum fee. Details in the price list.
