Feed and water intake from every house — on your phone, without walking to the controller
Your house controller already counts how much feed went down the line and how much water ran through the meter. DlaFerm.pl pulls those readings, charts them and watches the trend. When the flock stops eating or drinking, you know the same day — not at the next weighing.

The feed line runs, the meter turns — and the numbers stay in the house
Feed and water intake are the fastest signal that something is wrong with the flock. Provided someone looks at them.
Water dropped, nobody noticed
The birds drink a fifth less than yesterday. On the controller display it is just another number — until you see more dead birds in the morning.
Rounds with a notebook
The same walk every day: house after house, meter reading, feed intake, a note on paper or in your phone.
Copying into the flock record
Controller numbers reach the flock record by hand, late and with typos. You only see the trend a week later.
New meter = false alarm
A replaced meter starts from zero and every naive comparison screams “birds are not drinking”. After a few of those, nobody reads the alarms.
Connect your controller and see feed and water intake of every house in one place.

Everything runs on readings your controller already collects. No new meters to install.
Feed intake for every house
Feed consumption reported by the controller reaches DlaFerm.pl and is assigned to a specific house or room.
Water meter without the rounds
We pull the water meter reading from the controller. Daily use is the difference between readings, so you see how much the flock drank, not just the raw counter.
History chart
Each sensor shows its latest value and, when expanded, a chart of the last days. One glance tells you whether intake grows with the flock.
“Not eating, not drinking” alert
We compare consumption over the last 24 hours with the average of the three previous days. When the drop reaches the percentage you set, you get a phone notification.
House threshold comes first
Set a general threshold and, if needed, a separate one for a house or room. The house threshold takes priority over the general one.
No false alarms
When the water counter goes backwards (replacement or reset), we do not treat it as a drop in drinking. Without history from previous days there is no alarm — the system does not guess.
One notification, not a hundred
The controller reports every few minutes, but the same exceeded threshold from the same sensor is sent at most once every 6 hours.
Suggested in the flock record
The controller reading is suggested when you make the daily entry in the flock record. Less copying, fewer mistakes.
Read-only
We never change feeding or drinking settings. The controller and you keep running the feed line — we count and watch the trend.
From controller to alert in three steps
We connect the controller
Through the controller’s network interface or the manufacturer’s cloud. Credentials are stored encrypted and readings are checked every minute by default.
You assign sensors to houses
The app pulls the sensor list from the controller. You mark which one is the water meter and which is feed intake, and which house they belong to.
You set the drop threshold
Enter how many percent water and feed intake may fall before you get an alert — for the whole farm or for a single house.
A drop in water intake is often the first sign of disease. Let the app spot it, not the mortality figures.

How does the “not eating, not drinking” alert work?add
With every reading we calculate water or feed consumption over the last 24 hours and compare it with the daily average of the three days before. If the drop equals or exceeds the threshold you set, you get a push notification. Water and feed alerts are switched on and off separately.
Do I need to buy new meters?add
No. We use the water meter and feed intake measurement your controller already handles. More about the hardware itself in our guide on poultry house water meters.
What if I replace the water meter?add
When the counter falls below the previous reading, we recognise a replacement or reset and do not send a drinking-drop alarm. Counting starts again from the new reading.
Do I also see the feed level in the silo?add
The silo level is measured by a separate sensor — see feed silo monitoring. Feed intake from the controller tells you how much the flock ate; the silo sensor tells you how much feed is left.
How much water should a broiler flock drink?add
It depends on age, temperature and feed. Norms and a consumption table are in our guide on broiler water consumption, and general rules in water management on a poultry farm.
Is my controller supported?add
We support controllers from the leading manufacturers of climate controllers and feeding systems. Send us the model in the contact form below and we will check whether we can connect it right away. Temperature, humidity and ammonia from the same controller are covered on the climate controller integration page, and every device connection in the integrations overview.
How can I try DlaFerm.pl?add
Click “Try the demo” — you get your own demonstration farm with sample data. The session lasts 24 hours, then the test data is deleted. Once you create an account, the first 60 days are free and no card is needed.
